A Stadium Lofts condo has just been sold by Annie September-Butler of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented both the buyer and seller of the property.  The condo located at 1801 E Katella #2207 sold for $405,000 and closed escrow last Friday on 08/26/2016.  The two bedroom condo was on the market for a total of 62 days when Annie's client purchased the property.  The interior was very nice and featured two dual master suites that were located on each wing of the condo.  In between the two bedrooms was a large living room that open to the kitchen area with it's own private outdoor deck area.  The kitchen offered unique tile backsplash with cherry wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
