A Long Beach condo in The Pacific building has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Annie September who represented the sellers.  850 E Ocean Blvd #1501, Long Beach sold for $520,000 and closed escrow on 1/24/2017.  Located in the beach front complex known as The Pacific, the one bedroom, one bath, ocean view condo features 1,013 square feet of living space and sold for $21,000 above the original asking price of $499,000.  One of the biggest selling points on this unit was the large wrap around deck that featured a combination of ocean, mountain and city light views.  The interior was nicely upgraded with granite counters and clean white kitchen cabinetry.
