A San Clemente ocean view condo has just sold by Sherry Bauer of Beach Cities Real Estate who was the selling agent.  The sale represented the highest priced every paid in the Vista Pacifica Villas building for the calender year of 2014.  Unit #404 sold for a record $1,550,000 with Bauer representing the buyer.  The condo featured three large bedrooms, three baths and located in the top level of the building.  The ocean views were simply sensational with nothern ocean and sunset views of the San Clemente coastline.  On the market for a total of 127 days, the condo represented one of two sales that have occured in Vista Pacifica Villas in 2014.  Condos rarely come on the market in this building as there is only a total of 23 units.
