A Carlsbad West home in Carlsbad, Califonria has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Sherry Bauer who represented the buyer.  2396 Appian Road sold for $1,175,000 and closed escrow on 3/17/23.  This was a quick sale with the property selling for $76,000 over the original asking price of $1,099,000 after being on the market for a total of 8 days.  The four bedroom, two bath home featured an approximate 1,703 square feet of living space and located on a large and approximate 10,300 square foot lot.  One of the reasons for the quick sale was the great price point for a detached single family home located in a good neighborhood.  The property was originally built in 1978 and was advertised as needing some work but still offered a great floor plan

A Porter Ranch home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Susie Brutosky who represented the buyer. 20762 W Bluebird Court sold for $2,100,000 and closed escrow on 3/16/23.  The property was originally listed at $2,450,000 and after a series of price reductions that home ended up selling for $2.1 million after being on the market for 52 days.  The five bedroom home featured an approximate 3,718 square feet of living space with an approximate lot size at 7,617 square feet.  This was a newer construction home that was completed in 2021 that came with a 3 car attached tandem garage and a three-zone air conditioner unit.  Probably the biggest selling feature of the property was the wonderful Valley and Mountain Views that is pictured below.
