An Avenue One condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Amy Fluent who represented the seller. 1432 Scholarship, Irvine sold for $795,000 and closed escrow on 11/17/23.  This was a relatively quick sale that occurred after being on the market for 20 days and sold above the original asking price of $779,888.  The two bedroom, two bath condo featured an approximate 1,274 square feet of living space with a two car parking as well.  This was a unique sale since the condo was located on the top floor and featured a bonus loft area.  One of the selling features for this condo was its open floor plan which combined the living room and kitchen spaces.  The Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with wood cabinetry along with nice wood
