A Laguna Beach, California home has just closed escrow and has been sold by Broker Associate Scott Bingham of Beach Cities Real Estate who was the selling agent.  2740 Highland Way, Laguna Beach closed on 1/28/2015 and sold for $1,550,000.  The sales price sold at 94% of the original list price and was on the market for a total of 140 days.  Highland Way is located two blocks to Pacific Coast Highway and just several past that point the beach in Victoria Beach.  This is a very popuar destination for local residents and tourists alike.
