A Cyprus Cove San Clemente home has successfully just sold today.  The home at 220 Avenida Vista Del Oceano, San Clemente closed escrow today for $1,850,000 by Beach Cities Real Estate broker Sam Smith who represented the owners of the property who had recently moved to Hawaii.  The home was previously on the market for a period of almost 6 months and listed with a different brokerage.  The home was then marketed by Beach Cities Real Estate and sold within just a little over 60 days on the market.   The sale represents the third sale for Smith this year for properties over $900,000.  He previously closed escrow on an ocean front home in San Clemente for $1,700,000 and a Southwest San Clemente home for $900,000.
