The highest sale at The Strand at Headlands community home in Dana Point, California has just been sold by Jennifer Wetzel of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  39 Strand Beach Drive, Dana Point sold for $23,500,000 and closed escrow on 9/17/2018.  The home was originally marketed for sale for $27,900,000 on November 07, 2017 and was re-listed again on April 27th, 2018 at the same price when it ended up selling with our clients who successfully bought the property for $23.5 million.  Located on the ocean front street of "Strand Beach Drive" in the Strand at Headlands community with an estimated 9,300 square foot home located on a 10,253 square foot ocean front lot.

A Mira Costa Villas condo in San Clemente, California hast just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jennifer Wetzel who represented the buyer.  3349 Calle La Veta, San Clemente sold for $660,000 and closed escrow on 09/07/2018.  This was a very quick sale as the home was originally listed at $650,000 and ended up selling for $10,000 more than the original list price in a matter of 11 days on the market.  One of the reasons for such a speedy sale is the low price point and being a one story home which can be very hard to find in this price point.  The three bedroom, one and a half bath condo featured 1,296 square feet of living space and came with an attached two car garage.

An Irvine home in the University Park community has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Amy Fluent who represented the seller of the property.  7 Foxglove Way, Irvine sold for $869,800 and closed escrow on 08/30/2018.  The home sold within a very quick period of time after being on the market for only 6 short days and sold for the full asking price of $869,800.  The four bedroom, two and a half bath home was located in the Village II neighborhood within University Park with an approximate 2,304 square feet of living space.  The home dated back to 1968 and was a two level home that came with two one car attached garages.
