A Vista Pacifica San Clemente ocean view condo has just closed escrow today by Sam Smith of Beach Cities Real Estate who was the listing agent.  The closing was the highest priced sale in the last 10 years in the Vista Pacifica San Clemente community which 1060 Calle Del Cerro #1106 sold for a record $415,000 and closed escrow on 6/29/2015.   One of the reasons for the record sale was the amazing views that can be seen from this unit.  There are only a small select few condos that offer this kind of panoramic views which are mainly seen from the top level units located on the front row of the complex.  The location was ideally located at top of a hill which overlooked the Rancho San Clemente valley and included Ocean & Catalina Island views.
