A very unique Balboa Village property in Newport Beach, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jim Knoska who represented the buyer.  603 E Balboa Blvd, Newport Beach sold for $2,104,514 and closed escrow on 11/20/2019.  This was a mixed-use property with retail space on the ground level and then living quarters on the upper two levels.  The location was one it's biggest selling points being located just steps to the sandy beach and the Newport Beach Pier in the heart of the Balboa Village area.  The ground level retail space was ideally located on Balboa Blvd which gets a lot of daily traffic every day.  Upstairs featured a two level condo with a total of 3 bedrooms with both ocean and bay views.

A Del Prado community home in Laguna Niguel, California has just been sold by Wendy Kersh of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  25195 Via Terracina, Laguna Niguel sold for $379,000 and closed escrow on 11/01/2019.  The one bedroom, one bath condo was originally listed at $395,000 and was on the market for a total of 42 days.  It was lowered to $389,000 after being on the market for 13 days which caused the home to sell several weeks later with Wendy's clients.  Some of the highlights include lots of natural light, vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, newer counters, walk-in master bedroom closet and recessed lighting.  One of the best features is the large outdoor deck that has wonderful views and an attached one car garage.
