A condo in The Plaza condo complex in Irvine, Califonria has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  5032 Scholarship, Irvine sold for $910,000 which closed escrow on 5/10/23.  This was a relatively quick sale with the condo selling after being on the market for only 11 days.  It was originally listed at $919,000 and ended up selling for $9,000 below this number for a final price of $910,000.  One of the reasons for this quick sale was the position of the condo which offered panoramic city views of Newport Beach and located on the 5th floor of the 5000 building.  The condo featured one bedroom, one and a half bath with an approximate 1,349 square feet of living space according to our multiple listing service.  The unit was
