A Seabridge townhouse has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Tracey Kormushoff who represented the buyer.  20021 Waterford Lane #102, Huntington Beach sold for $725,000 and closed escrow on 4/26/21.  The two bedroom, two bath townhouse was only on the market for 18 days when it sold down from the original list price of $749,5000.   These are very popular homes that were built in 1983 with 20021 Waterford Lane 102 featuring an approximate 1,535 square feet of living space with an attached two car garage.  It featured a bonus den area which could probably be converted to a third bedroom.
