A Harbor Cove condo in Dana Point, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jackie Brown who represented the seller. 24582 Del Prado #207, Dana Point sold for $625,000 and closed escrow on 2/19/2019. The two bedroom, two and a half bath condo was originally put on the market at $599,000 and received a lot of interest and went under contract after being on the market for 6 days and sold for $26,000 above asking price.  One of the biggest selling points the open floor plan that combined living space and a large Master bedroom that offer high ceilings and it's own balcony.  The living room featured nice hardwood flooring, gas fireplace and custom built-in cabinetry.  It also came with a front and back patio, dining rom and kitchen

A San Clemente ocean view condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Joseph Horsley who represented the seller.  419 Monterey Lane, San Clemente sold for $517,500 and closed escrow on 2/11/2019. The one bedroom, one bath condo was located in the heart of the downtown area and a very short distance to the San Clemente Pier.  The condo was put on the market for $525,000 and went under contract after being on the market for 10 days.  The owner had done a great job of maximizing this 600 square foot condo with nice wood flooring, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and newer kitchen cabinetry.  The condo was very light and bright with lots of windows to let in the natural light.

A Cyprus Cove home in San Clemente, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  241 Avenida Vista Del Oceano, San Clemente sold for $1,347,500 and closed escrow on 2/6/2019.  The lot was located in the 24 hour guard gated community of Cyprus Cove which is arguably one of the best neighborhoods in all of San Clemente due to it's prime beach close location near the world class Trestles surf break.  The 7,405 square foot lot was one of the last remaining lots still available in Cyprus Cove.  It was originally listed for $1,395,000 and had been under contract before our deal was put together.  It was originally on the market for 3 short days when it was originally accepted an offer and for a total of 40 days to
