A Cavalier home in Oceanside, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Valentina Herzog who represented the buyer.  208 Evergreen Parkway, Oceanside sold for $130,000 and closed escrow on 1/22/2019.  The two bedroom, two bath manufactured home sold after being on the market for just a couple days.  It was originally listed at $145,000 and sold for $15,000 less at $130,000.  

One of the biggest selling points for this home is the prime location on the ocean side of the 5 freeway near Oceanside Blvd.  From this location is was just a very short distance to the beach as well as the downtown Oceanside area.  The pervious owner had spent over an estimated $35,000 in upgrades that included new vinyl windows, new flooring and tile.
