An Allure condo in San Diego, California has jut been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Kimberly Kramer who represented the owner of the property.  3454 Castle Glen #219, San Diego sold for $300,000 and closed escrow on 06/23/2020.  The two bedroom, one bath condo featured an approximate 784 square feet of living space and was on the market for a total of 39 days.  It was listed on April 17th during the height of the COVID19 stay at home order which added an extra layer of difficulty in selling the condo.  Luckily, real estate services were deemed an essential service so condos could be shown with adequate measures taken and a Corona Virus entry advisory formed signed by the buyer.  It was originally listed for $325,000 and then dropped down to

A Shore Cliff Villas condo has been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Carnie Lynn who represented the buyer.  2806 Camino Capistrano #26B, San Clemente sold for $562,000 and closed escrow on 06/04/2020.  The three bedroom, two and a half bath condo was only on the market for 7 days and sold just $7,000 under the original list price of $569,000.  One of the reasons for the quick sale was the condos prime location that had wonderful golf course, hill and city light views.  The condo featured an approximate 1,402 square feet of living space and came with a one car detached garage.  These condos were built in the mid 1970's and offer one of the better locations for a large condo complex that is just down the street from the beach.
