A Vista Pacific Del Gado community home has succesfully been sold by Sherry Bauer of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the owner of the proeprty.  294 Del Gado, San Clemente sold for the full asking price of $525,000 and closed escrow on 10/13/2015.  Vista Pacific Del Gado are very nice mid-century modern style one story homes that were built in the early 1960's.  Homes in this area offer wonderful vauleted ceilings as pictured below.  Even though the interior living space is under 1,000 square feet the floor plan offers plenty of space without desirable indoor/outdoor living.  There is even a one car detached garage and all homes offer close proximity to the community pool and clubhouse.
