A Silvertide condo in Dana Point, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jennifer Wetzel who represented the owner.  36 Bright Water, Dana Point sold for $578,000 and closed escrow on 10/18/2018.  The two bedroom, two bath condo was built in 1989 and featured 1,221 square feet of living space.  It was originally listed at $590,000 and sold after being on the market for a total fo 24 days.  36 Bright Water offered a unique corner unit location with no one living below or above you.  The condo had gone through renovations granite counters in the kitchen, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and double paned windows.  The association provides a nice community pool and spa as pictured below.

A Huntington Bayshore condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Tracey Kormushoff who represented the seller.  310 Lake Street #202, Huntington Beach sold for $590,000 and closed escrow on 10/05/2018.  Located in the Huntington Bayshore gated community, the two bedroom, two bath condo featured 1,177 square feet of living space and featured a detached 2 car garage.  The condo was on the market for a total of 36 days and sold just below the original asking price of $649,000.    Some of the highlights of this condo included nice hardwood flooring, recesses lighting, granite counters and white kitchen appliances.  Additional features included interior laundry, exterior deck and elevator that give access to every level.
