A one story beach home in Oceanside, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Dan Benjamin who represented the buyers.  810 California Street sold for $910,000 and it closed escrow on 10/26/21.  One of the biggest selling points for this three bedroom, two bath home was it's prime location just over a couple blocks to the beach and on the ocean side of the 5 freeway.  The home featured an approximate 1,273 square feet built in 1953 and was located on a 9,583 square foot lot according to the multiple listing service listing.  The lot size was another big selling feature as it's hard to find larger parcels of land near the beach.  The total days on the market on the listing showed 14 days and sold under the original asking price of

An Ojai parcel of land has been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate broker associate Scott Bingham who represented the buyer.  567 McNeil Road, Ojai sold for $1,850,00 and closed escrow on 10/20/2021.   The listing had been on the market for a total of 25 days when the property sold for the full asking price of $1,850,000.  One of the reasons for the price was that the land was reported on our multiple listing service as offering 216,058 square feet of land which is just under 5 acres.  The location was on the east end of town in the Ojai area with beautiful mountain views.
