A Villa Park home in Orange, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Tracey Kormushoff who represented the seller.  5007 E Brookside Avenue, Orange sold for $1,085,000 and closed escrow on 7/13/2021.  This was a quick sale that received a lot of attention when it came on the market.  It sold for $85,100 over the original list price of $999,900 in a matter of 7 days of being on the market.  One of the reasons for the quick sale was the aggressive price point for a three bedroom, two bath home that featured an approximate 1,985 square feet of living space with a two car attached garage according to our multiple listing service.

A single story home in the city of Orange, California has been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jim Knoska who represented the buyer.  1006 E Buoy Avenue, Orange sold for $860,000 and closed escrow on 09/02/2020.  This home generated a lot of interest and was originally listed at $839,000.  They accepted an offer after being on the market approximately for 4 days and sold for $21,000 above the asking price.  One of the biggest selling points was the home being located on one story with an open floor plan.  It was noted in the listing that the owner had done a renovation of the home which was completed in 2018 and it really showed.  The gourmet kitchen had a very open flow to it with a center island with seating as well as recessed lighting.
