An Upland Palms home has just been sold by Erycka Sanchez of Beach Cities Real Estate.  The property at 1418 W Arrow Highway, Upland just closed escrow today and sold for $334,500 on 3/31/14.  At the time of the listing this was the lowest price 3 bedroom single family home in the Upland area and sold after being on the market for a total of 135 days.  The home was modest in size and featured 1,522 square feet of living space with an optional bonus room that could be used as a fourth bedroom.  Erycka did a great job of marketing the home for sale which resulted in an offer just below the original asking price of $334,500.

A San Clemente pier view condo has just been leased by Sherry Bauer of Beach Cities Real Estate. 412 Arenoso #214, San Clemente leased for $3,400 a month as a long term rental.  The 2 bedroom condo was located in the San Clemente Pier bowl area where condos are situated within walking distance to the Pier.  This condo was located in the Vista Pacifica Villas condo complex which is one of the newer condo buildings in this area and was first built in 2001.  Built in the Spanish style the building offers ocean view condos from the front row and from sides of the building.  412 Arenoso #214 was located near the front of the building and had views of the ocean and pier from the living room window.  The condo featured over 1,900 square feet of living space
