An Irvine condo in the Marquee at Park Place building has been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Mike Kashani who represented the tenants. The condo at 3131 Michelson Drive #1107, Irvine leased for $3,100 a month as a long term lease. Situated in the upscale Marquee building, the unit featured two bedrooms, two baths with 1,580 square feet of living space. Built in 2006, the condo was located on the 11th floor and featured panoramic views of the city of Irvine skyline.
