A Laguna Hills condo in the Crestline community has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Erycka Sanchez who represented the tenants in this rental transaction. The property was locatated at 24410 Eastview Road and leased for $1,495 a month as a long term 12 month lease. The condo featured one bedroom, one bath with 656 square feet of living space. The 2nd level condo featured a 1 car garage that was located directly below the unit. It featured laminate wood flooring, a remolded kitchen and upgraded bathroom. The landload included the washer/dryer in the monthly rent. The property was on the market for only three days when Sanchez's client secured the unit.
The Crestline community is located near Alicia Pkwy and the 73 freeway.
