A Villamoura ocean view condo in the Villamoura community has successfully been sold by Don Gisler of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer in this closed real estate transaction.  The property was located at 121 Via Presa which was originally listed for $550,000 and sold for $515,000.  The Villamoura neighborhood is located at one of the highest points in the Rancho San Clemente area in San Clemente, California.  121 Via Pres featured a dual master suite unit that had been highly upgraded.  For example, the kitchen offered beautiful granite counters that sat on top of rich maple wood cabinetry with Travertine stone flooring.  The Villamoura condos are known for having tall vaulted ceilings off the living room with outdoor decks and patios.
