A Coast District San Clemente home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Chris Koerner who represented both the buyer and the seller in this real estate transaction.  718 Camino De Los Mares, San Clemente sold for $950,000 and closed escrow on 8/11/23.  This was a great price point for a detached single family home in the San Clemente area.  It was originally listed at $895,000 and generated a lot of interest in ending up selling for $55,000 over the original asking price.  The two bedroom home was built in 1972 as a one story home and came with a two car attached garage.  One of the biggest selling features for this home was that it was located above the 11th fairway of the Shorecliff golf course with nice golf course and city light views.  Another big selling feature was that the home was not located in a formal association so there was no HOA or additional Mello Roos tax which is a great savings.  The home was advertised as a fixer upper that was in need of updating.
