A downtown Laguna Beach condo has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Mike Kashani who represented the tenants.  189 Lower Cliff Dr, Laguna Beach is a two bedroom, two bath condo that leased for $2,500 a month as a long term rental.  Situated on the north side of the downtown area in North Laguna, the condo featured 1,488 square feet with two levels of living space.  On the main level the condo featured rich hardwood flooring and main level bedroom.  A gallery style kitchen featured white cabinetry and appliances that included a gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.  An additional bedroom was location on the lower level and included a washer/dryer area.  No parking was included in the lease with off-street parking only.
