An Olde Del Mar ocean view home in Del Mar, California has just been sold by Kimberly Kramer of Beach Cities who represented the buyers.  429 Carolina Road, Del Mar sold for $5,000,000 and closed escrow on April 30, 2018.  The beach close two bedroom home was mainly sold due to the large lot which featured an approximate 18,480 square foot lot which may be ideal for building a brand new construction home to take advantage of the prime location and ocean views.  The listing was on the market for a short 3 days on the market when Kimberly's clients secured the property.  The cottage style home located on this lot featured an approximate 974 square feet of living space and was first built in 1935.  It offered a detached parking garage with three additional non-garage parking spaces.
