A Provence D'Aliso community condo in Aliso Viejo, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Sherry Bauer who represented the buyer. The condo located at 104 Matisse Circle #100 sold for $515,000 and was only on the market for one day when the property was sold. Originally listed at $530,000, the two bedroom, two and a half bathrooms was located in the upscale gated community known as "Provence D' Aliso."
