A Rolling Hills Estates home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Sam Smith who represented the buyer.  5 Sunnyfield, Rolling Hills Estates sold for $1,300,000 and closed escrow on 05/08/2020.  The four bedroom, two and a half bath home was located on small private street in the upscale area of Rolling Hills Estates.  It was originally listed at $1,695,000 and then reduced down to $1,4000,000 when an offer was accepted at the $1.3 million price point.  One of the biggest selling points of this home was being located on a large lot which included a private pool and expansive grounds.  5 Sunnyfield also had a lot of charm and was actually the first home built in the community dating back to 1946.  It offered great curb appeal with a one story floor plan that wrapped around the backyard.  In addition, there was an attached two car garage and a very large driveway that could accommodate many more cars.
