The condo featured views of the ocean and Linda Lane park. Nice hardwood flooring and new carpets made the unit fresh and clean in this two story condo which featured living quarters upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. Joseph negotiated this long term lease for his clients at $2,300 a month which is a great deal for a beach close condo with an ocean view.
The Linda Lane park area is a nice area on the north side of town with views of the San Clemente Pier looking south.
