A Southwest San Clemente home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Jennifer Wetzel who represented the buyer.  203 W Paseo De Cristobal, San Clemente sold for $1,360,000 and closed escrow on 07/18/2017.  Located in the desirable and upscale Southwest San Clemente neighborhood was a three bedroom, two bath home with 1,626 square feet of living space and located on a 8,400 square foot lot.  The home was originally built in 1947 and offered a very tropical feel to it with a bonus ocean view loft on the 2nd level and a detached 2 car garage.  The homes was true to the original style when it was built with lots of wood cabinetry and walls.  Some of the features included a large outdoor deck with peek ocean views, inside laundry, lots of windows for natural light and large number of palm trees for extra privacy.
