A Sparrow Hill condo in Laguna Niguel has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Joseph Horsley who represented the tenants.  The two bedroom unit located at 25605 Paseo La Vista, Laguna Niguel leased for $2,150 a month as a long term rental.  Situated in the Sparrow Hill community, the two bedroom, one bath condo featured 1,259 square feet of living space.  Some of the highlights of the residence included hardwood flooring wainscoting, crown molding and large picture windows that made the condo feel very light and brite.  Both bedroom were located upstairs while the main entertainment spaces were located downstairs that included a fenced in outdoor patio area.  The kitchen was highly upgraded and featured a center island and breakfast nook area.  The home was only on the market for a total of 12 days when it was leased out to Horsley's clients.
