A Watermarke condo has been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate broker associate Mike Kashani who represented the tenant. The condo located at 2441 Watermarke, Irvine leased for $2,300 a month as a long term rental. Situated in the gated Watermarke complex, the two bedroom, two bath condo featured 1,205 square feet of living space and was located on the penthouse floor with panoramic views. The unit offered central air-conditioning, tile and carpet flooring with granite counter and stainless steel appliances. The unit was only on the market for 41 days when it was leased out to Kashani's clients.
