A Sea Village condo in Del Mar, California has just been leased by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Dan Benjamin who represented the tenant.  13268 Caminito Mar Villa, Del Mar leased for $5,095 a month as a long term lease.  The two bedroom, two and a half bath featured coastline ocean and white water views.  The interior was very light and bright with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring and wonderful views of the ocean.  The galley style kitchen featured white cabinetry and appliances and open to the main living space which also included ocean views.  There was a bonus loft area in addtion to the two bedrooms with all rooms having views of the ocean.  13268 Caminito Mar Villa was only on the market for a total of 30 days when it leased out.
