A Laguna Niguel home in the Mirador community has just been sold by Charlie Gilbert of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  2504 El Carrizo sold for $430,000 and closed escrow on 4/21/2017.  The two bedroom, two bath condo featured a total of 1,030 square feet with a one car attached garage.  The condo was originally priced at $439,900 and sold after being on the market for a total of 49 days.  Some of the highlights of this home include rich laminate hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, gas fireplace in the living room and an open kitchen and living room combination.  The interior of the condo also offered central air conditioning and washer/dryer hookups.
