A Newport Heights home has just been sold by James Knoska of Beach Cities Real Estate and Villa Real Estate agent Tim Carr.  415 Irvine Ave, Newport Beach sold for $51,000 over asking price for the final sales price of $1,100,000.  The single level home offered a huge remodel potential and was ideally located in the heart of the Newport Heights neighborhood.  It was only on the market for a total of 26 days and received multiple offers after being on the market for just a matter of days.  One of the biggest selling points was the location as it was situated just a couple blocks to the Newport Bay and Pacific Coast Hwy.  The other selling point was that it was being sold as a fixer-upper property which can be very hard to find in the Newport Beach area.
