A Bayridge Newport Beach condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Woody Marsh who represented the buyer.  224 Hartford Drive #131, Newport Beach sold for $955,000 and closed escrow on 1/26/23.  This two bedroom, two bath condo was originally listed at $1,035,000 and sold after being on the market for a total of 58 days.
