It received a lot of activity while being on the market due to the upscale neighborhood and ocean views and sold for over $58,000 over the original list price. The sale was subject to court approval with two buildings being sold. Both sides of the duplex featured a total of two bedrooms and one bath with a non-confirming 3rd unit studio that had been converted from the garage and featured a large private patio and parking.
