A Downtown San Clemente condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Joseph Horsley who represented the owner. The condo located at 420 Monterey Ln #1, San Clemente sold for $440,000 and closed escrow on 5/23/2014. Located in the heart of the Pier Bowl area which gets it's name from condos located within blocks to the San Clemente Pier. The one bedroom condo was located on the first floor and offered a grassy greenbelt backyard area that is shared with other first floor owners. A large living room and kitchen were a combined open living space with a separate bedroom and bath. The unit itself was small and featured 680 square feet of living space.
