A Harbor Creek condo in Dana Point, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Susie Brutosky who represented the buyer.  33852 Del Obispo Street #86, Dana Point sold for $515,000 and closed escrow on 2/22/22.  This was a very quick sale that occurred after being on the market for 1 day as the buyer submitted a full price offer of $515,000 that was accepted which worked out to $792.31 price per square foot.  The one bedroom, one bath condo featured 650 square feet of living space that was built in 1983.  The condo was a very good value for the price point as the community is located just a short walking distance to the Doheny Beach area and the Dana Point Harbor.  The interior featured a galley style kitchen, dinging room area, living room and a large bedroom with a walk-in closet.   One of the nice features were the vaulted ceilings in the living room which gave the room extra volume to it.  There was even an exterior patio area and closet that contained the area for a washer and dryer.
