An ocean view home in La Jolla, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Dan Benjamin who represented the buyer,  1944 Little Street, La Jolla sold for $5,296,000 which closed escrow on 11/22/2021.  This grand estate was a rare opportunity in the La Jolla Shores area and sold under the original list price of $5,645,000 after being on the market for 45 days.  The house had a lot to offer with a total of five bedrooms and an approximate 6,300 plus square feet with a two car attached garage according to our multiple listing service.  The home itself was very elegant inside with large rooms and high vaulted ceilings with two levels of living space.  The home offered wonderful ocean view from the Master Bedroom among other rooms in the house.
