Ocean Ranch Laguna Niguel Community

The Ocean Ranch neighborhood is one of the largest community in Laguna Niguel, California.  What you can expect to find in Ocean Ranch are large Mediterranean, Contemporary and Traditional inspired estate homes that are located on very large lots that can be close to 1 acre of land.  The homes average 5,000 plus square feet with home prices starting at $2.5 million dollars and can go as high as $5 million dollars. The community is a secure guard gated neighborhood within the Bear Brand area of Laguna Niguel.  Situated at the intersection of Golden Lantern and Bear Brand Hill is the entrance to Ocean Ranch.  This is an ideal location due to the high elevation that affords nice ocean views from many of the homes here.  Even though Laguna Niguel is not a beach town the views can truly be panoramic and dramatic.
