A T-Street home located in San Clemente, California has just closed escrow today by Jennifer Wetzel of Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyers.  350 W Paseo Cristobal, San Clemente sold for $3,100,000 and closed escrow on 1/23/2017. This is the highest price sale in 2018 for the Southwest San Clemente area.
