A Mesa Verde Costa Mesa home has just sold by Michael Franco of Beach Cities Real Estate who was the selling agent.  2877 Europa, Costa Mesa sold for $780,000 and closed escrow on 10/03/2014.  The home was on the market for only a total of 35 days and sold for 92% of the original list price of $839,900.  This is a great neighborhood filled with mid-century modern homes that were built in the mid 1960's that are located next to the Mesa Verde country club golf course.  The four bedroom home featured large rooms with double paned windows, metal roofing and peek river views.  Located in the Newport Mesa Unified school district with children attending Adams elementary, Tewinkle Junior high and Estancia High School.

A Brookview Costa Mesa home has just closed escrow today Beach Cities Real Estate agent Michael Franco who represented the seller.  624 Shasta LN sold for $460,000 and closed escrow on 10/2/2014.  The home was on the market for a total of 86 days and sold for 93% of the original list price of $489,900.  This is a prime area of Costa Mesa that's next to the 405, 55 and 73 freeway and within walking distance to the world famous South Coast Plaza shopping mall.  The property three full bedrooms with two full and one half with a total of 1,596 square feet of living space. The unit was very light and bright that shared one common wall with all the bedrooms located upstairs.  Two assigned parking spots came with this Brookview condo.
